For those who celebrate Easter, the weeks proceeding the holiday are often marked by meatless Fridays. As a child, I remember eating a lot of cheese pizza, peanut butter sandwiches and fish sticks on these days. Whether you choose not to eat meat because of the holiday or just because you want a delicious meal, Lincoln has many fish fry options. Fish frys are on Fridays only.
